Spinning Wheel turns to new owner

Thai food is light, fresh, delicious – and coming to Westerham’s Spinning Wheel restaurant, following a sale arranged by licensed leisure specialists AG&G on behalf of administrators MCR.

“It made substantially over the asking price of £500,000 but the new owners have got a lot for their money,” says AG&G director Anthony Alder. “It’s set in more than an acre and is located in a green belt area of outstanding natural beauty on the North Downs Way.

“The proprietors can cater for large groups of customers – it has parking for around 160 cars – and a small listed thatched building to the front of the main structure is a talking point.”

Near Biggin Hill, the site currently includes a large pub, a coffee shop and a 200-seat restaurant. Children are catered for with a large play area.
