Favourite drink/meal: A bottle of Vega Sicilia Único Gran Reserva Ribera del Duero – only once but it was lovely. Or any red wine from Oregon State, USA. Or a pint of Windsor & Eton Brewery “Guardsman”

Favourite pub/restaurant: My local – the White Swan in Twickenham

Most satisfying deal: Acting for the Trustees of the London Transport Museum on their five yearly January 2015 rent review. The landlord wanted to increase the rent from £685,000 per annum to £2,000,000 per annum. Acting for the tenant Anthony agreed a more sustainable rent of £762,500 per annum.
