Streatham pub to reopen following freehold acquisition 

AG&G have acted on behalf of a private investor to secure the freehold acquisition of the Horse & Groom, Streatham for an undisclosed sum.

The pub will reopen following a letting to a local established operator along with 18 apart hotel units above. The owner is also seeking planning consent for new build houses at the rear.

AG&G acted on behalf of the purchaser, ARC Group in partnership with Leek Real Estate and Adam Renovations Limited. Savills represented the vendor.
