Sunny days for Heartwood Collection

Heartwood Collectionhas acquired the vacant freehold of The Sun Inn in Reading as part of its ongoing plan to grow its portfolio from 20 to 60 pubs. The Sun Inn is the oldest pub in Reading and is located on Castle Street in the town centre. It is due to open in March 2024 and will revert to its original name, The Rising Sun. James Grimes of AG&G acted on this deal.
