We are inviting offers for the above property by close of business on Monday 26th February 2018. This is not a formal tender and our clients are not bound to accept the highest or indeed any offer.

The property is being offered on a new lease, free of tie. The preference is a 15 or 20 year full repairing and insuring lease, subject to 5 yearly upward only rent reviews to open market rental value. The current premises licence will be transferred to the ingoing tenant.

7. If a newco or new venture, financial projections for the proposed business
8. Your proposed timescale assuming handover of the property to you during the summer 2018 – precise date to be finalised.
9. Your solicitors details.
10. Any other terms or conditions you feel are relevant to your offer or explain about the intended successful operation of the premises.
