An open viewing session is taking place on Tuesday 31st January from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.

The vendor has requested bids on the following basis:-

1. Written offers submitted by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 8th February.

2. Provide the purchasing company's contact details and company registration number (if applicable).

3. Offer amount to be in pounds sterling.

4. Evidence of funds must be provided (i.e. a recent bank statement or a Solicitor's letter with unequivocal confirmation).

5. Confirmation that VAT shall be payable in addition to the purchase price.

6. Please set out whether the offer is conditional upon inspection, survey, valuation or any other due diligence other than subject to contract.

7. Please state clearly the proposed timetable for exchange of contracts and completion.

8. State what your intentions are for the site (i.e. existing pub/restaurant use, conversion or re-development etc.).

9. Provide your solicitor's contact details.

10. Please note all offers will be taken as being subject to contract and the Landlord is not obliged to proceed with the highest or any offer received.
