SUBJECT TO CONTRACT

AG&G are the Sole Selling agents of the subject property and the Vendor has requested best and final offers be submitted by no later than noon this Friday 17th August 2012.

The offer is to be submitted in accordance with the following provisions:-

  1. To be submitted in writing by Noon of Friday 17th August 2012
  2. The party proposing the offer should be clearly identified. 
  3. Offers should be in pounds sterling (£) and for a fixed amount. 
  4. A financial reference/proof of funds should be provided (i.e. a copy of a current bank statement). 
  5. Parties should be aware that VAT will be chargeable in addition to the purchase price and you should state that they are willing to pay this in addition. 
  6. Offers should be unconditional except for “subject to contract”. 
  7. Please set out the timetable which the party offering can exchange contracts. Please confirm if you are able to exchange contracts within 10 working days of being issued legal documentation and Local Authority searches.  The Vendor is seeking to complete this sale on or before Friday 21st September 2012, please confirm that you are able to conform to this deadline.
