If the doom-laden economic reports have persuaded you that central London restaurants must be empty and desperate, the Angus Steak House in Argyll Street proves the opposite.

AG&G have recently secured a 28 per cent uplift in its rent for the landmark restaurant, opposite the London Palladium and across from Oxford Circus tube, on behalf of landlords London Underground Transport.

“An Angus Steak House is part of growing up for many people and this one still remains remarkably popular,” says AG&G director Anthony Alder. “It also shows that, despite the nay-sayers, the London market is still doing well and moving forward.”
