Most landlord and tenant relationships are governed by the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act – but the law is not always crystal clear. We have advised clients, who can be either owners or occupiers, about the potential ramifications of the Act, working directly with clients or through their legal representatives.
Where necessary, we have advised as expert witnesses, in writing or in person, in court or at tribunals.
