The second G in AG&G, David was previously a director at a highly-regarded national licensed and leisure specialist where he worked for more than a decade and has extensive experience in rent reviews, agency, valuation and consultancy.
After finishing college in 1986, he was elected a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and joined the Valuation Office in Bangor followed by nearly three years in the brewing estates sector for John Smiths and Grand Metropolitan Estates. Both jobs provided invaluable experience.
He has a robust reputation as an advocate for his clients. He has established the country's highest tied pub rental at a rent review arbitration. As an expert witness, his evidence helped lead to a successful outcome for his client, the claimant, in Luminar Leisure V Apostle.
David's interests range from car mechanics and DIY to golf, fly-fishing and skiing.
