Sian Russell

Sian is AG&G’s longest-standing employee, having joined the company in February 2001. As office manager, she supports the directors and is likely to be the first person you talk to when you call.

Before joining the company, Sian worked at estate agents and shippers and had no idea that licensed leisure consultancy even existed. The many different aspects of the sector and the problems and opportunities within licensed leisure have provided her with constant surprises. She also loves the idea that with each sale or lease, there is a new beginning.

Sian understands almost all business IT systems. In her spare time, she is a globetrotter who also dips into crime fiction – and keeps fit by chasing after her small child.
